Blank Panel

A physical panel used to fill unused spaces in a modular synthesizer case. Blank panels prevent dust, debris, or accidental contact with exposed power rails, ensuring the system stays clean and safe while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. It also has a side effect of making empty spots you are tempted to fill feel complete which may keep you from buying unnecessarily.

Examples:

  • A 6HP blank panel fills the space in a Eurorack case until a new module is installed.
  • Custom blank panels can include artwork or branding, adding a personal touch to your setup.
  • Ventilated blank panels allow airflow to help cool modules in densely packed systems.

Blank panels are both functional and aesthetic, protecting your system while keeping it looking tidy and organized.
